certification through the 5-star PADI center. Divers of any level can learn about sharks
and earn their PADI Polynesian Shark Dive specialty.

| Manihi The remote Manihi is one of nearly 70 atolls in the Tuamotu Archipelago.
Manihi is made up of a series of flat motu (small islands) that surround a magnificent,
19-mile-long, clear, blue lagoon. The atoll is known for its abundance of palm trees,
white sandy beaches, and extraordinary scuba diving, snorkeling and spear fishing.
Manihi Pearl Beach Resort - This enchanting resort is the only
one on the island and features overwater bungalows with glass coffee table views of the
colorful marine life below, and beachfront bungalows, each with a refrigerator,
coffee/teamaker, and terrace. Restaurant is lagoonfront. Two meals are provided per day.
The hotel has its own scuba diving club. Canoeing excursions are available, along with
many other water activities. Full-day picnics, reef and lagoon excursions are also
available.
