RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of booking. Package features may not be substituted, and no refunds will be made for unused package elements. Balance will be due within two weeks of confirmation. Cancellation received within 30 days of departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150 per person.

A special note concerning London Hotels: Until one gets up to the Superior First Class Category, it can be generally said that London hotel rooms are small – much smaller than most Americans are used. This is specially true of single rooms.

Tourist Class Hotels:

The Bayswater Inn is perfectly located to enjoy London at its best. Close by, Queensway provides a large choice of ethnic and traditional restaurants and the well-known Whiteley's Shopping Centre. Communications are excellent with Bayswater and Queensway underground stations just a short walk from the hotel. The Bayswater Inn has 140 rooms on 5 floors

Kensington Court Hotel: Ideally situated between fashionable Kensington and Earl's Court, this purpose built friendly three star Hotel provides the perfect place to stay when in London on business or pleasure. The Kensington Court Hotel has 35 rooms on 4 floors.

The Reem Hotel is situated 5 minutes from Bayswater/Queensway tube station and Hyde Park, 10 minutes from Paddington. All 40 bedrooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones, hairdryer and TV. A modern hotel situated in a quiet location overlooking Kensington Gardens.

The Royal National Hotel is the largest hotel in Central London sleeping over 3,000 guests. All rooms are ensuite with Satellite TV, direct dial phones and tea/coffee making facilities. Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Theatreland and mainline stations are all close by. Russell Square Tube, direct to Heathrow, is adjacent and The Airbus stops in the hotel courtyard.

The Tavistock Hotel: This popular, friendly hotel overlooks Tavistock Square Gardens. Mainline stations, the tube direct to Heathrow and the airport bus stop are close by. Covent Garden, The British Museum and Oxford Street are all within walking distance. All 329 rooms are ensuite with satellite TVs, direct dial phones and radios. Tea/coffee making facilities are available on request.

Superior Tourist Class Hotels:

The Bedford Hotel  is close to The British Museum in the centre of London. Theatreland, shopping centres and Mainline railway stations are conveniently close and the area is well served by public transport as well as the Airport bus. The Bedford is a small friendly hotel ideal for both business and pleasure. All 184 rooms are en suite with satellite TV, direct dial telephones, radios, tea/coffee making facilities and trouser presses

Hyde Park Towers Hotel: Located in the heart of the capital, providing easy access to the West End and major tourist attractions, the Hyde Park Towers Hotel offers all the modern comforts and amenities including a restaurant and bar.
