Any person who purchases or arranges for the purchase of any product
described in this website shall do so as the agent of for each passenger for
whom such purchase is made and shall be deemed to accept each term and condition
listed here as agent for an or behalf of each passenger, and who shall be bound
as if he or she has booked individually and in person.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Elsie from England acts on the passengers’ behalf in making arrangements for
travel, whether by railway, motorcar, boat or airplane, and assumes no liability
for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which can be
occasioned for any reason whatsoever and in particular either by reason of
defect of any vehicle and through any act or default of any company or person
engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements for these
trips, tours, excursions, flights, etc. The carriers, hotels, and other
suppliers who provide services on our tours are independent contractors and are
not employees or agents of the Company. The Company accepts no responsibility
for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in travel service of any
sort or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, government action, lockouts,
acts of God, or civil disturbance, riot, commotion, quarantine, or other causes.
All such losses or expenses will be to be borne by the passenger as the rates
quoted provide only for the arrangements set out on the days and for the times
stated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of a similar category and
quality to those referred to and to make any changes in all itineraries where
deemed necessary by the operators or caused by a change in travel schedules. The
right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case full
refund will be made to the passenger and such refund will constitute full
settlement to the passengers and will terminate all liability on the part of the
Company and its agents.
No refund will be made for any unused portion of any tour unless illness or
emergency forces cancellation and in such event the refund shall be calculated
in accordance with terms herein set out. Refunds are limited to amounts
recoverable from the suppliers of services.
The right is reserved to decline, or accept or to retain any person as a
member of any tour. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout. The issuance and
acceptance of a voucher or ticket or receipt, shall be deemed to be consent of
the above conditions. Airlines and other carriers and their agent and affiliates
are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or even during the time the
passengers are not on board their aircraft or vehicle. The passenger ticket in
use by the airlines or carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract
between the airlines or other carriers and the purchaser and/or passengers.
COSTS: All prices are based on known
costs, taxes, exchange rates in effect at the time of printing/input and subject
to change without notice. Prices also include administration costs.
